About the Teacher
For 25+ years, I’ve immersed myself in the practice and teaching of yoga. After guiding celebrities, rock stars, and other influencers in Los Angeles and Europe; then designing impactful teacher training programs worldwide, my passion has shifted as I’ve grown older and the world has changed.
Now, rooted back home in Maryland, I’m committed to teaching everyday people like you how to do a simple reset of the body and mind each day- with a practice that’s owned and designed by you and that works wonders for you.
